The best way to start with CrossFit Adventure is to attend one of the classes!! The CrossFit videos on the internet may scare you away so come in to see for yourself what it’s all about. You are welcome to just watch or you may participate if you’d like (we ask that you fill out our waiver before participating). The first thing you’ll notice is the different skill levels and age ranges of all the members. It is a friendly atmosphere in which everyone works out together and supports one another.
You’ll find that CrossFit Adventure is different than many other CrossFit gyms. Our main focus is proper movement. Each one of our coaches will always encourage you to reach your goals safely.
CrossFit Adventure offers one week of classes for free. Come in as many times as you would like within the first week to experience a full range of CrossFit workouts. Once you decide that CrossFit Adventure is the right fit for you, our coaches will help you to decide which package membership is the right choice for you (Unlimited, 2x per week, 10-pack, or drop-in) and if you qualify for a discount.
